What is included with Phoneware Edge?
Phoneware Edge includes cloud voice with 60+ business phone features, mobile and desktop softphones, business texting, contact center queues, conference calling, and optional AI voice agents. Named-technician support is included with every account.
What happens to my calls if the internet or power goes out?
Calls reroute automatically. Unavailable Call Forwarding sends calls to mobile phones or alternate numbers if an office internet connection or power drops. With our optional Peplink multi-carrier 5G and Starlink failover, your office internet connection remains online as well.
