Reliability and internet continuity

Phoneware Edge includes automatic disaster routing that sends calls to mobile phones if local power or internet drops. We also offer Peplink SD-WAN failover with multi-carrier 5G and Starlink connections to keep your phones and office devices online during an ISP outage.

AI voice agents

Edge includes AI voice agents that answer and route calls around the clock, answer common questions, and take messages. You choose the AI model and attach your custom knowledge base, with transcription and AI greetings included.
